Founded in 2011, we entered a time when smartphones were just becoming widespread, and almost everyone owned one. In this vast market, after careful observation, we discovered a problem: smartphones had large glass surfaces that were easily broken, and paid repair services were monopolized by the manufacturers, forcing consumers to pay exorbitant fees to repair their screens. Therefore, we decided to explore and research this area, seeking to master the relevant repair techniques and the supply of spare parts. We disassembled phones, studying their internal structure and the multi-layered assembly of the screen. After in-depth research, we mastered how to repair cracked touchscreens and quantified this technology, becoming the first factory in Taiwan to repair broken touchscreens—thus beginning our journey!
