  • What is required to become a member in Kadorf? To become a member in Kadorf you need to have a valid trade license or registration documents of your company.
  • Can I as an individual join the community? Since Kadorf is a B2B (business to business) community, only companies are allowed to join and not individuals or freelancers.
  • Are my company documents shared with others? No, company documents are only used for verification purposes.
  • How does Kadorf verify companies? Verification in Kadorf is based on valid company registration documents or trade license. However there is another tool which helps users of Kadorf to make their decision on companies reliability by its reviews system.
  • Which kind of proof required to get displayed as distributor on Kadorf? Is this proof document shared with others? A distribution authorization letter, contract, an official email, or confirmation of the distribution. This proof document is only for verification purposes and will not be shared or displayed to other users.
  • How do I hide my offers from certain company? You can do that by blocking the company. Visit the profile of the company which you wish to block, and scroll to the bottom and click on block/report this company button.
  • How do I limit my post to a certain country or a group of countries? Kadorf provides you with an option to limit the visibility of your post to a country or a group of countries. So If you limit your post by typing the names of some countries, only users from these selected countries will be able to see it.
  • How do I hide my post from a certain country or a group of countries? You cannot hide your offers from a country or a group of countries. But on the other hand, Kadorf provides you with an option to limit the visibility of your post to a country or a group of countries. So If you limit your post by selecting some counties, only these selected countries will be able to see it while others not.
  • What is a bundle offer/request? This posting option provides you the ability to explain to the buyers or sellers that you are interested to move the items all together or at least in the same offered ratio. This is often used by distributors who would like to sell a product in a promotion with other products.
  • What is the difference between enter contact sync loop and access contact sync? Entering contact sync loop means that your contact details will be available to be downloaded by your followers. Accessing contact sync is the ability to use app and download the contacts of people whom you follow.
  • Can I access contact sync app without Entering the sync loop? No, in order to have the access, you must be sharing your contact to your followers as well. The fair concept to give and take.
  • What if I don't agree to contact sync? Your followers will not be able to synchronise your company team contact details to their phones.
  • Do I have to open sync app everyday to keep my contacts up to date? No, the app is running in the background on your device. It keeps synchronizing your contacts if they update their numbers or if you follow new ones.
  • How to refresh contact sync? If you wish to sync more than once a week, open Kadorf app and click on refresh/sync now.
  • Does the app control my other contacts? The app has no access to other contacts in your phone.
  • Does the app remove contacts? Yes, in some cases the app deletes some of Kadorf's downloaded contacts. For example, if you unfollow a company, the downloaded contact will be unsynchronized from your phone or if a company is no longer a member of Kadorf, then their contact details will be deleted from your device.
  • Is it recommended to copy the downloaded contacts? No, if you do so, you will end up with duplicate contacts in your device. The copied ones might be also out of date and this will become confusing.
  • How can I remove all contacts downloaded by Kadorf App? Open Kadorf app and select remove all downloaded contacts from this device.
  • What is easy direct contact? Easy contacting is a time-saving feature of Kadorf which helps to contact the desired person providing introduction about yourself, your company, and the purpose you are contacting for. And this is all in one click!
  • What happens if I follow a company? Or why would I follow my clients? Well... by following your client, you stay tuned with their up to date selling and buying opportunities, news, and depending on your membership plan, you can synchronize the contact details of their team.
  • Who can see my followers? Only you and your company team can see who is following you. Since this is considered private relationships of your company with other clients, Kadorf values the connections of your company and does not share it with others.
  • How can I control my followers? Click on my account on the top right corner and then my followers.
  • Why should I - as an employer - do job posting in Kadorf? Since Kadorf is a wholesale community, you can use it to source your expert team.. Unlike using traditional job posting where you can’t find the best experiences which you need.
  • Why should I submit my attendance to an event? By submitting your attendance to an event. This helps others to organize meeting with you if they are attending it too.
  • What is suggesting event? If you find an event important in the industry, you may propose this event to Kadorf team so it can be reviewed and published to other users.
  • What is interactive map? Interactive map is the map which shows you where the goods are located globally whether you need to do this for statistical purposes such as finding out where the world cities' wholesale hubs are or if you wish to buy/sell to a certain country/city.
  • Does Kadorf charge commission for deals? No, Kadorf is a membership based community which provide users unlimited access to its features. It is totally without commission.
  • Are these invoices shared with others? No, only you can have access to what you create.
  • What is admin accounts? Admin account is the primary account of the company which can control adding/deleting users and update company information, contact details of other users and profile.
  • What is user account? A user account is an account to access the features of Kadorf and get displayed on the website. A user account cannot change his/her contact details. This can be only controlled by the admin. A user account can only change his/her password.
  • How can I reset my password? In the top right corner of the website. Click on “My Account” and then change password. Or you can ask for support from Kadorf’s team.
  • How can I delete my company’s account? For security and verification purposes, you can delete your company account only by sending a request to info@kadorf.com or by contacting Kadorf team.
