  • What kind of proof is required to showcase the brands our company distributes on Kadorf? Is this proof document shared with others? Acceptable proof documents include a distribution authorization letter. These are processed confidentially and used solely for internal verification purposes.
  • How do I hide my offers from certain companies? You can achieve this by blocking the company. Visit the profile of the company you wish to block, scroll to the bottom, and click on the 'Block/Report this Company' button.
  • How do I limit my post to a certain country or a group of countries? Kadorf offers you the ability to control the visibility of your post by restricting it to a specific country or a group of countries. When you limit your post by specifying certain country names, it becomes visible only to users from those selected countries.
  • What is a bundle offer/request? This posting option allows you to communicate to buyers or sellers that you are interested in moving items together or, at the very least, in the same offered ratio. It is commonly used by distributors seeking to sell a product alongside others, such as in auctions.
  • What features does Kadorf app offer? The Kadorf app helps you synchronize contacts effortlessly. It allows you and your followers to exchange and store up-to-date contact details directly on your mobile phones. You can easily download contact information from the companies you follow. Enrollment in this feature is optional.
  • How to activate/deactivate the contact synchronization feature? In order to be eligible for using our app, please sign in from your company admin's account to Kadorf.com > Discover > ContactSync and enable this feature.
  • What if I choose not to agree to the use of the contact synchronization feature? Your followers will not be able to synchronize the contact details of your company team to their phones, and you will lose access to the app.
  • Does the app synchronize contacts automatically? No, since the Kadorf app does not run in the background. Please open the app whenever you have any changes to the companies you follow on Kadorf and click the 'Update Contacts' button.
  • Can I disable the contact synchronization feature after enabling it? Disabling this feature is possible anytime, and your contacts will be removed from your followers' devices on their next synchronization.
  • Does the Kadorf app have control over my other personal contacts? The app has no access to other personal contacts on your phone.
  • Does the app remove contacts after downloading them? Yes, in some cases, the app deletes certain downloaded contacts from Kadorf. For instance, if you unfollow a company, the downloaded contact will be unsynchronized from your phone. Additionally, if a company is no longer a member of Kadorf, their contact details will be deleted from your device.
  • Is it recommended to copy the downloaded contacts? No, doing so will result in duplicate contacts on your device, and the copied ones might also be outdated, causing confusion.
  • How can I remove all contacts downloaded by the Kadorf App? Open the Kadorf app, log out, or choose the option to delete all downloaded contacts from this device.
  • What happens when I follow a company? When you follow a company, you stay updated on their latest selling and buying opportunities, news, and, based on your membership plan and their consent to contact synchronization, you can synchronize the contact details of their team to your phone. Additionally, they will receive a notification about you following them.
  • Who can see my followers? Only you and your company team can view who is following you. As these relationships are considered private between your company and other clients, Kadorf values and does not disclose them to others.
  • How do I manage my followers? To view your list of followed accounts, click on 'My Account' in the top right corner, and then select 'My Followers'.
  • What happens when I submit my attendance to an upcoming event? By promoting your attendance at an event, you help others plan and organize meetings with you if they are also planning to attend that particular event.
  • What types of events can I suggest to Kadorf? If you believe an event is relevant to the industry, you can suggest it to the Kadorf team for review and potential publication on our upcoming events page.
  • What kind of invoices can I generate through Kadorf Invoice Generator? Purchase orders or proforma invoices."
  • Does Kadorf charge a commission for deals? No, it doesn't. Kadorf is a membership-based community that provides users with access to its features.
  • Are these generated invoices shared with others? No, only your company will have access to the invoices you create. The admin of your company will receive a copy to their email for the reference of any invoices being generated through the invoice generator feature.
  • How does the admin account differ from a user account? The Admin account, being the primary account for the company, has the capability to add/delete users, update company information, and manage the contact details and profiles of other users. On the other hand, a user account is created for accessing Kadorf's features and being showcased on the platform. However, users do not have the ability to modify their colleagues' contact details; this can only be controlled by the admin. Users are permitted only to change their passwords and their own contact details.
  • How can I reset my password? You can reset your password at the login page or, alternatively, go to the top right corner of the website, select 'My Account,' and then choose the option to change your password. If needed, you can also seek assistance from Kadorf's support team.
  • How can I delete my account on Kadorf? For security reasons, account deletion requests are processed internally. To delete your company account, please send a request to info@kadorf.com or contact the Kadorf team directly.
